ORDER:

 

The petitioner herein is said to be victim in C.C.No.11 of 2010, who claims to have parted with his original certificates in a calculated fraud, for recruitment by the Railways, in the examinations held by the Railway Recruitment Board on 06.08.2010 and 13.08.2010.  Hence, he seeks return of the certificates, as they are necessary for further pursuing the education or employment of the petitioner. 

 

In view of the above circumstances, the lower Court is directed to return the original certificates to the petitioner on his filing the photo copies and also the certified copies of the same at his expenses with an undertaking that he will produce the same during the course of trial or as and when required by the police or Court, failing which, he will face the consequences of any punishment and action to be taken by the trial Court.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.
